AMMAN ? The Jordanian People?s Democratic Party (Hashed) on Sunday said the US? ?continued biased position? in support of Israel threatens the future of the Palestinians.
A statement issued by the political party said the US does not recognise UN Security Council Resolution No.194 which stipulates the return of Palestinian refugees to their homeland.
Moreover, the Israeli government has issued licences for building 165 new settler housing units in the occupied city of Jerusalem and rejected the resumption of negotiations on the basis of the 1967 borders.
Hashed cautioned against the Palestinians being drawn into peace negotiations on terms set by Israel and the US.
